Antique Oval Wall Mirror, Victorian Rococo Revival Floral Gesso Frame

The deep, aged gold finish catches the light beautifully, highlighting an inner border of delicate, repeating patterns around the glass. Please note that this piece wears its history proudly; there is considerable age to the gesso, including a heavy, atmospheric craquelure across the gilt surface and small areas of breakage and loss where the underlying white plaster and wood are exposed. Complete with its authentic, rustic wood-plank backing and an aged wire hanger, this mirror offers a timeworn elegance that perfectly balances grand ornamentation with beautifully distressed character. SHIPPING
As much as possible, we utilize recycled shipping boxes. The box you receive your item in may show signs of wear and pre-use.
