Small Vintage Heavy Silver Plate Footed Bowl - Made in Japan - Ornate Ring Handles - Highly Distressed & Tarnished

This vintage silver-plated footed bowl is a substantial, heavy-weight piece defined by its ornate detailing and deeply distressed aesthetic. Produced by Holiday Imports (Made in Japan), the bowl features a fluted lower body and an elaborate upper band of relief work with floral and classical motifs, accented by decorative ring handles on either side. It is currently in heavily worn, "shabby chic" condition; the surface is highly tarnished with a dark patina, and the silver plating is chipping and flaking off in multiple spots—most notably along the rim and within the interior—revealing the base metal underneath. This authentic wear gives the bowl a moody, gothic, or wabi-sabi character, making it an excellent choice for a styling prop, a unique planter, or a rustic catch-all for a vanity or entryway.

As much as possible, we utilize recycled shipping boxes. The box you receive your item in may show signs of wear and pre-use.
