Vintage GATCO Solid Brass Footed Planter/Cachepot with Rich Patina

Bring a touch of moody, historic elegance to your space with this wonderful vintage GATCO Solid Brass Planter or Cachepot, confirmed by the "GATCO Solid Brass" sticker visible on the base, another sticked indicates "Made in India". This piece boasts an incredible, rich, dark patina developed over decades, showcasing a depth of character that is highly sought after in vintage decor and perfect for many different interior styles. The planter features a classic, squat urn or cauldron shape with a gently flared rim and is beautifully supported by three charming, sculptural tripod feet resembling a stylized paw or claw. This petite, heavy-weight pot is ideal for displaying a small houseplant (photographed with a 4inch nursery pot), serving as a luxurious catch-all on an entryway table, or adding a sophisticated accent to a bookshelf. In excellent vintage condition, the piece maintains its desirable unpolished finish; please note the interior shows signs of use (water/mineral residue) consistent with its history as a functional planter.

As much as possible, we utilize recycled shipping boxes. The box you receive your item in may show signs of wear and pre-use.
